We cannot and do not guarantee that any recipient will read, respond to, or act on your letter. Once your message is mailed, we are not responsible for what happens next.

4. Shipping & Delivery Status

Due to our partnership with a third-party shipping provider, we can only confirm when your letter has been shipped. We are unable to provide delivery confirmation or guarantee that the letter was received by the recipient. Final delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• The recipient's reaction (or lack thereof) to your letter;
• Any consequences that arise from the content you submit;
• Any offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content submitted by users.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mail Your Voice harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the service.
